I’m particularly interested in the problem of how to get the non-social media people in historical organizations to understand the culture, especially since in non-profits everyone can be exceptionally pressed for time.

As an example, the blog we have at work is fairly well read, but every post we put out has to be read and vetted by at least 2 people (one of them from communications) before it can go public.
